Stephanie Snyder, a multimedia journalist in Phoenix, is pursuing a master’s in mass communication and bachelor’s in print journalism at ASU’s Cronkite School, along with a Spanish minor. Stephanie has covered breaking news for the Arizona Republic and the state legislature for the Arizona Capitol Times, while also co-founding the Downtown Devil, an independent, student-run website covering downtown Phoenix. Stephanie's interest in in-depth reporting started with exploring state agencies violating an energy-reduction law, consequences faced by young Latinos without male role models and the economic effect of Haitian immigration in the Dominican Republic.
